It all began in Saharanpur, India, where the family ran the legendary Peshwari Hotel. Through prestigious exhibitions across the subcontinent — from Aligarh University to Ajmer Sharif — our craft was forged in fire and tradition.
After the 1947 partition, a new chapter began. In 1952, Café De Khan was born. We carried our flame to the 1954 Karachi International Exhibition and the 1988 Australian World Expo in Brisbane, where we introduced the world to authentic Pakistani cuisine.
Today, from our homes in Mississauga and Oakville, we continue to serve the same recipes perfected over seven decades — charcoal-grilled, slow-smoked, and prepared with an unwavering reverence for flavor.
